Unique to Northern Westchester, Reflexion offers an intimate setting for your Pilates or Gyrotonic workout. The studio is completely yours for the duration of your private or semi-private session, treating you to a disruption-free experience and allowing you to maximize your workout through the benefits of sustained, relaxed focus.
If you prefer a supportive group workout, mat classes are offered at separate times from private and semi-private sessions and are kept to a maximum of five participants. Please see the mat class page for the types of classes offered by clicking here.
