Private Session Rate:
1 participant (55 minutes)

Semi-Private Session Rate:
2 participants (55 minutes)
$500/10 session card
$55/1 session


Mat Classes* - maximum 5 participants

Pilates - All levels welcome
(60 minutes)
$180/10 class card

Pregnancy and Post-Natal Fitness
(75 minutes)
A doctor's note is required for participation.
$132 for 6 weeks, paid in advance

GYROKINESIS® (Gyrotonic Mat) 
All levels welcome

First class FREE

*24-Hour Cancellation Policy in effect for all classes and sessions. 48-hours notice is preferred; 24 hours notice is required.
