Private and semi-private equipment-based Pilates and Gyrotonic exercise sessions are offered in an intimate, completely private environment by appointment only. For more information on equipment sessions, click the tab in the drop down menu to the left or click here.
Mat classes are offered at separate times from equipment sessions and kept to a maximum of five class participants to insure individual attention.
